Who We Are
JP's Remodeling is a general contracting company serving in the Los Angeles County that focuses on residential remodeling. We are an upcoming family-owned business that focuses on great workmanship and are detail oriented. We strive to be with our clients every step of the construction process and we maintain open communication with our customers at any time of the day.
We believe in a "hands-on" approach to every project. And partner up with our clients to independently evaluate each project on cost, schedule, and overall construction performance. We build close relationships with our clients and our team members with trust and honestly, so our customers can have a peace of mind while we work in their homes.
Safety
We pride ourselves on safety and we stand out from other small businesses because JP demands that the job site should be cleaned every day and the tools put away in a safe place away from harm. Many clients have commented on how much they like that JP's Remodeling dedicates time to cover and protect their home from the debris of the demolition process in the beginning of the project and how they dedicate time at the end of the day to clean up.
Even though we are a small business, we hold safety meetings so that we remind whoever is working on site that they need to focus on the task at hand. We review OSHA regulation to our employees and any subcontracted people, so we can work together in a safe work environment.

Owner & Contractor
I am the owner and contractor working behind the scenes to make sure JP's Remodeling is running smoothly. I make sure we are following the Contractor State License Board rules and regulations. I spend most of my time in the office doing paperwork but when needed, I will spend most of my days in a City Hall getting permits. I focus on a safe work environment and hold JP accountable for the schedule on each project. I will make sure JP has more time to work on your projects and not on the paperwork. Project Manager
JP has a vast 14 years of experience in construction, working with designers, realtors, and other contractors. His strengths are great problem-solving skills when it comes to the interrelationship between design and construction. He will evaluate each project and give his honest opinion on whether the cosmetic design will not outweigh the overall integrity of the build. JP and his team will work diligently and efficiently to finish the project on schedule and on budget.
JP is not only the Contractor on site but the project manager and the first face you will see in this company. His strengths are having good people skills, he can manage different groups of people at a time and he is levelheaded when it comes to finding solutions to any problem that might come along. He also has a keen eye for design and modern remodeling ideas that comes from working many years alongside well known and successful designers.
