Owner & Contractor
I am the owner and contractor working behind the scenes to make sure JP's Remodeling is running smoothly. I make sure we are following the Contractor State License Board rules and regulations. I spend most of my time in the office doing paperwork but when needed, I will spend most of my days in a City Hall getting permits. Project Manager
JP has a vast 14 years of experience in construction, working with designers, realtors, and other contractors. His strengths are great problem-solving skills when it comes to the interrelationship between design and construction. He will evaluate each project and give his honest opinion on whether the cosmetic design will not outweigh the overall integrity of the build. JP and his team will work diligently and efficiently to finish the project on schedule and on budget.
JP is not only the Contractor on site but the project manager and the first face you will see in this company. His strengths are having good people skills, he can manage different groups of people at a time and he is levelheaded when it comes to finding solutions to any problem that might come along. He also has a keen eye for design and modern remodeling ideas that comes from working many years alongside well known and successful designers.
